Tim Zeeb

Mr. Zeeb is a Managing Director at Bergman Consulting with more than two decades of experience in litigation consulting, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.

Litigation consulting services provided by Mr. Zeeb include intellectual property damage assessments, forensic accounting, fraud investigations, lost profits, quantification of economic damages, contract disputes, and business valuations.

Mr. Zeeb has provided his expertise to more than 100 clients, ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies, spanning the technology, healthcare, e-commerce, automotive, financial services, telecommunications, transportation & logistics, aerospace & defense, and construction sectors, amongst others. He has served on the Board of Directors for a medical technology company and an e-commerce technology platform, in addition to serving on the advisory board of a mobile technology startup that was acquired by a NASDAQ-traded public company.

Previously, Mr. Zeeb was a Managing Director at Conway MacKenzie, where he specialized in corporate restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, and litigation consulting. Prior to that, he served in management positions for two global Tier-1 automotive companies.

Mr. Zeeb received his Master of Science in Finance from Walsh College and Bachelor of Arts from Grand Valley State University.
