Melissa Pursley

Since 1998, Melissa Pursley has built a distinguished career leading financial strategy, operational transformation, and scalable growth initiatives across high-growth technology and data-driven organizations. With deep expertise spanning finance, SaaS operations, strategic planning, and organizational leadership, Melissa has consistently helped companies navigate periods of rapid expansion, operational change, and enterprise transformation.

Most recently, as Chief Financial Officer at PakEnergy, Melissa led companywide financial and operational modernization efforts, implementing scalable systems and processes across Finance and HR to support accelerated growth. Melissa also oversaw five acquisitions and integrations and established the financial reporting infrastructure and KPI frameworks used to manage the business.

Prior to PakEnergy, Melissa served as Vice President of Finance at Progyny, where she played an integral role in the company’s successful 2019 IPO on NASDAQ. She led critical workstreams supporting the public offering process, including financial modeling, SEC reporting, historical audits, and investor reporting, while building and scaling the finance organization to support the company’s rapid growth.

Earlier in her career, Melissa held senior finance leadership positions at TravelClick and Dun & Bradstreet.
