Andrew Harris
Andrew Harris is a Forensic Expert with a specialty in Accident Reconstruction and Biomechanics with Aperture. In his analysis, he uses engineering principles, human biomechanics, and real-world event data to determine how and why an incident occurred, as well as the extent to which the forces involved may have contributed to injury.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from the University of California, San Diego, where he built a strong foundation in engineering mechanics, human physiology, and computational modeling. He is also an FAA-Certified Remote Pilot, and a certified Bosch, Hyundai-Kia, and Tesla EDR Tool Technician and Analyst, enabling him to seamlessly collect and interpret vehicle and aerial data and apply them into a wide range of analyses.
Andrew continually drives his professional and educational growth through involvement in a multitude of organizations, including the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), the California Association of Accident Reconstruction Specialists (CA2RS), the Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES), the National Association of Professional Accident Reconstruction Specialists (NAPARS), the Southwestern Association of Technical Accident Investigators (SATAI), and the Association for the Advancement of Automotive Medicine (AAAM).
