Mr. Winsor is a testifying expert on construction damage and delay matters. He has authored and co-authored reports and has provided litigation support on numerous cases. Mr. Winsor has supported many construction matters including heavy civil infrastructure, industrial process and energy, and residential and commercial developments on projects ranging from multiple billions to hundreds of thousands of dollars. His clients have included contractors, subcontractors, owners and sureties.
Prior to Aperture, Mr. Winsor worked in project management, construction management, project controls and construction cost estimating on heavy civil, infrastructure and industrial projects. His past projects experience includes roadways, railroads, bridges, dams, water transfer, utilities, residential construction, and the energy industry.
