Boyce Oandasan is a Forensic Expert with Aperture (formerly WEXCO). Sam has been with Aperture since 2018 and during that time has analyzed over 1,000 cases involving construction defects, safety engineering, premises liability, and building code compliance issues. Prior to Aperture, Boyce created traffic control plans for construction projects in roadways in southern California.
In 2017, Boyce earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Texas Tech University. Boyce is a licensed Civil Engineer in the state of Nevada and New York. In addition, Boyce is a certified XL Tribometrist and has completed the OSHA 30-Hour Certificate for general industry.
