Since 2022, Mr. Reyes has been investigating Aperture’s personal injury cases including slip/trip and falls, stairway falls, vehicle accidents, and construction site accidents. Relative to those assignments his duties have included inspections of incident sites and production of associated photographs, videos, diagrams, and animations; research of building codes and industry standards; review and analysis of legal pleadings and testimony.
Mr. Reyes, in various capacities at Aperture, has worked daily with Mark Burns, BSME and Brad Avrit, PE, the combination of which consists of licenses in Civil Engineering, Safety Engineering, and General Contracting. Mr. Reyes also works directly with licensed Architects, Geotechnical and Structural Engineers, Materials Science Engineers, and Mechanical and Electrical Engineers. Mr. Reyes also has heavy interaction with attorneys and claims professionals on a daily basis to discuss engineering analysis and findings.
