Jamison Lookofsky

Jamison Lookofsky is a Director at Aperture (formerly Novum Consulting Group). Jamison is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). With nearly a decade of professional experience in financial consulting, Jamison has extensive knowledge and experience assisting clients with complex intellectual property litigation, licensing, and commercial disputes.

Jamison has assisted clients in numerous high-profile patent infringement cases and other commercial disputes including trademarks, trade secrets, trade dress, copyright, and other forms of intellectual property.  As part of this work, Jamison has assisted clients by performing financial analysis, financial and economic damages modeling, pre-litigation assessments, market assessments, industry license review and analysis, rebuttal expert analysis, and fair, reasonable, and non-discriminatory (FRAND) licensing analysis.

Jamison’s professional and financial consulting experience spans several industries including computer hardware and software, consumer retail and electronic products, semiconductors, telecommunications and cellular standards, geo-mapping, medical devices, Oil & Gas (Oil Field Services and Exploration & Production), alternative energy, and automotive equipment.

Prior to consulting, Jamison worked for Baker Hughes on domestic and international deepwater and ultra-deepwater oil wells assisting clients with E&P logging. Additionally, Jamison served in the United States Army as an Aviation Turbine Engine Specialist (15B20) where he achieved the rank of Sergeant and was Honorably Discharged in 2018.
