Jorie Taylor is a Director at Aperture (formerly NOVUM Consulting Group). Jorie is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).

With nearly a decade of professional experience in financial consulting, Jorie focuses on assisting clients with analysis of damages in complex intellectual property and commercial disputes.

As part of this work, Jorie has assisted clients in numerous intellectual property litigation and complex business litigation matters. This experience includes valuation of intellectual property assets, market assessments, royalty rate assessments, as well as general business and valuation issues, including breach of contract and business interruption claims.

Jorie has experience that spans several industries including: consumer electronics, semiconductors, computer hardware and software, automotive, energy, retail, agriculture, medical products and telecommunications (including cellular standards). He has worked on numerous high-profile patent infringement and commercial dispute matters and possesses expertise in financial analysis, financial and economic damages modeling, license review and analysis, report drafting, rebuttal expert analysis and fair, reasonable, and non-discriminatory (FRAND) licensing matters.

Jorie has considerable experience in the real estate industry and real estate valuation and is a licensed real estate professional.
