Lauren Palazzolo

With over 20 years in customer service and communications, Lauren Palazzolo is CCA's friendly but undeterred Project Administrator with her capable hands in many pots on any given day. She is first and foremost responsible for coordinating CCA's internal expertise and resources to ensure each client deliverable meets the highest quality standard in a timely and cost-efficient manner.  Lauren also supervisors CCA's administrative staff and contributes her creative skills to many of the firm's marketing and social media campaigns.

Lauren earned her undergraduate degree and an MBA from Fitchburg State University.  In her free time, she enjoys reading, crafting, and sharing her love for Motorsports with her two teenage sons.
