Ryan J. Radebach

Mr. Radebach began investigating personal injury cases and construction defect claims in 2009 through 2011 and again starting in 2022 as a Forensic Expert. As a forensic expert providing litigation support services, his primary task is investigating personal injury incidents, determining the root cause(s), and concluding whether reasonably prudent measures could have prevented such an incident from occurring. Mr. Radebach has analyzed more than 1,000 litigation cases including premises liability, construction accidents, vehicle accidents, products liability, construction defects, and property damage resulting from fire or flood. Relative to these assignments, his duties have included: inspections of incident sites and production of associated photographs, video, diagrams, and animations; research of building codes and industry standards; development of reports, declarations, and expert opinions in preparation for expert depositions and trial; reconstruction of vehicle accidents, including calculations and animations; review and analysis of legal pleadings and assistance in the preparation of responses. In addition, Mr. Radebach has also had in-depth exposure to projects involving construction management, including estimating and scheduling, contract disputes, construction delay claims and insurance coverage analysis.

In 2010, Mr. Radebach successfully obtained a certification for the operation and testing of the English XL Variable Incidence Tribometer and was recertified in 2022, he has conducted slip resistance testing on numerous floor surfaces and flooring types. In 2014, Mr. Radebach obtained a certification for Six Sigma Green Belt which is a systematic solution of typical process problems and lead to sustainable operational excellence.

Mr. Radebach has acquired extensive knowledge of management policies and procedures and risk evaluation/management with large organizations as he held upper management safety roles for Dr Pepper Snapple Group and Red Bull North America from 2012 through 2016. Prior to rejoining Aperture, Mr. Radebach was President of a General Contractor company for six years, wherein he oversaw the construction of commercial and public works construction projects.
