William Schwartzkopf
Bill Schwartzkopf is an Executive Vice President of Construction Claims of Sage-Aperture. Bill holds both a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska. With over 45 years of experience in the construction industry, he is sought after for his expert testimony. Because of this, Bill has testified in trials and depositions hundreds of times.
Bill is a registered professional engineer and a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE). He also holds a membership with the American Bar Association (ABA), and its related Forum Committee on the Construction Industry Public Contract Law section. Bill has written and published multiple books in his industry, including “Calculating Lost Labor Productivity in Construction Claims" and “Practical Guide to Construction Contract Surety Claims.” He also coauthored “Calculating Construction Damages.” Bill conducts seminars around the country, educating his clients and colleagues on damages calculations.
