Since 1999, Mr. Golda has functioned principally in Aperture’s forensic engineering cases, from field investigations and research up to his current position of Manager, for which Mr. Golda is responsible for the firm's Forensic Engineering Services Group. 

Relative to Aperture's Expert Witness/Consulting assignments, Mr. Golda's duties include site investigations and analysis, inspections of property for compliance with Building Codes and Safety Regulations, pertinent research and/or engineering calculations, analysis of case related documents, drafting of technical reports, expert testimony and related.

Regarding Aperture's Consulting Operations Division for Construction Projects, Mr. Golda is a senior consultant providing technical expertise in areas including Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, Estimating, Scheduling, and Project Control Systems.

Mr. Golda has conducted safety inspections and/or investigated numerous projects in multiple states, including California, Nevada, and Texas.

Mr. Golda, in various capacities at Aperture, has worked for over 22 years on a daily basis with both Dr. Stephen C. Wexler, PE, and Brad Avrit, PE, the combination of which consist of Licenses of Civil Engineering, Safety Engineering, and General Contracting.  Mr. Golda also works directly with licensed Architects, Geotechnical and Structural Engineers, Materials Science Engineers, and Mechanical and Electrical Engineers.

Mr. Golda has forensically investigated more than 3,000 litigation cases that cover a wide variety of topics including Premises Liability, Slips, Trips & Falls, Construction Accidents, Construction Defects, Earthquake, Fire, and Flood Damage Assessments, Contract Disputes, Construction Delay Claims, Insurance Coverage Analysis, and Accident Reconstruction.
