Reconstruction & Analysis
Determining how and why a crash happened, grounded in physical evidence and the full range of available data. We collect evidence using laser scanners and drones, quantify impact severity and vehicle speeds, perform physically accurate simulations, analyze image and video data through photogrammetry, and run full-scale crash tests. We also recover and interpret vehicle event data recorders, personal-device data, video, and fleet tracking.

The Full Picture
Reconstruction is often only part of the story. We tie in human factors and biomechanics to account for the human element, how a driver perceived and responded, and whether the forces are consistent with the injuries, and we draw on digital forensics to go deeper into data sources such as cell phones and damaged devices. Together, these give a complete picture of what happened.
