Chris DeYong is a Forensic Expert with Aperture LLC. Chris focuses on accident reconstruction with an eye for automotive reconstruction, mechanics and vehicle electronics systems. He is proficient in the use of FARO 3D Laser Scanner, Autodesk AutoCAD and Cyclone 3DR. Chris is a Crash Data Retrieval Technician, and Hyundai-Kia EDR Tool Technician.

In 2022 Chris graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Before entering the forensic engineering field, Chris spent time in the electronics manufacturing, consumer electronics repair, and electric vehicle industries where he gained an in-depth knowledge of integrated electronics systems in a wide range of applications. He is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers and holds an FAA remote pilot certification.
