Daniel Basch is Vice President of Economic Consulting, leading complex, litigation-driven business valuations. With more than 15 years of experience across valuation, financial advisory, and banking, he serves as an expert in shareholder and partner disputes, marital dissolution, SBA business valuations, and transaction due diligence. He prepares expert reports and rebuttals, consults with counsel on litigation strategy, and provides expert testimony when required.

Nationally, Daniel serves on the AICPA ABV Credential Committee and has been recognized with the NYSSCPA Emerging Leader Award. His background includes founding and leading a boutique valuation firm in Upstate New York, directing the advisory services division as a partner of a regional CPA practice, and serving as CFO of a fintech SaaS company, following leadership roles in commercial banking with local and regional institutions. He remains active in the AICPA, NYSSCPA, FICPA, and NACVA, and has held board roles with several nonprofit organizations.
