Frank Sesi

Mr. Sesi is a Managing Director with over fifteen years of experience providing litigation consulting, forensic accounting, and restructuring services. He has served as a testifying expert in business litigation and trade secret matters.

Litigation consulting services provided by Mr. Sesi include intellectual property damage quantification, forensic accounting, fraud investigations, fiduciary investigations, lost profits, quantification of economic damages, shareholder disputes, and business valuations. Frank has performed services for clients within a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, electronics, computer hardware, manufacturing, medical, automotive, insurance, and real estate.

Previously, Mr. Sesi was a Director at Conway MacKenzie, Inc. specializing in litigation consulting. Prior to that, he served as an Audit Manager at KPMG LLP.

He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.

Mr. Sesi received his Master of Science and Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the Eli Broad School of Business at Michigan State University.
