Mark Mendel

Mark Mendel is a licensed Professional Engineer with more than 25 years of experience spanning geotechnical engineering, civil engineering, environmental consulting, construction materials testing, and forensic engineering investigations. His work includes foundation and pavement evaluations, earthwork and site grading analysis, and environmental due diligence. At Aperture, Mr. Mendel supports forensic engineering and geotechnical investigations for residential, commercial, and government projects, delivering practical engineering insight to clients, insurers, and legal teams. Currently, Mr. Mendel primarily performs forensic engineering investigations associated with differential foundation movements as well as structure damage assessments associated with storm events (i.e., high wind, hail, tornado), impacts to structures (i.e., vehicle, tree), fire, etc.
