Michael Lindsay

Michael Lindsay is a Senior Director at Aperture (formerly Novum Consulting Group) and has been providing financial and valuation consulting to companies and law firms since 1999. These matters include intellectual property disputes, business valuations, and intangible asset valuations across several industries including: consumer electronics, computer hardware, software, automotive, agriculture, telecommunications, healthcare, and medical device industries. Mike has also served as an expert witness in Federal courts.

Mike's intellectual property experience includes intellectual property valuation and analysis of damages related to patent, trademark, and trade secret infringement as well as misappropriation of trade secrets. Venues for these matters included Federal courts and various state courts. He has worked on several high-profile patent infringement and commercial dispute matters and possesses expertise in financial analysis, financial and economic damages modeling, license review and analysis, report drafting and rebuttal expert analysis.
