Philip Mills has a Bachelors in Architecture from Penn State University.  Work experience includes construction and consulting. Beginning with hands-on residential and commercial construction experience, he gained an understanding of construction means and methods, sequencing, and field operations from the eyes of constructors.

Building upon that foundation, Philip’s work in building envelope consulting has included forensic investigations, historic preservation, exterior restoration, construction administration, and preparation of repair documents for residential, commercial, and institutional projects throughout New England. He is proficient in Autodesk Revit and architectural drafting and is a associate member of the National American Institute of Architects, AIA Massachusetts, and AIA Boston.
