Katie Winsor is a Consultant with Aperture (formerly Sage). In her role as a consultant, Katie performs data analysis for construction delays and damages. In 2008, she received her Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering from the University of Maine. She has over 15 years of specialized experience in food and beverage manufacturing, including aspects of the sector such as engineering, operations, project management, commercialization, and Agile methodology. Katie also has extensive knowledge in the area of manufacturing efficiency analysis and optimization, which she employs regularly in her role with Aperture.
